Mouse - Mammary Gland - MC02-0060.pff
Image Name: MC02-0060.pff
Image Annotation: The mammary gland contains a large, expansile and infiltrating tumor, which is composed mainly of fairly uniform cells with dark, dense nuclei and a moderate amount of cytoplasm. The growth pattern is microacinar. There is a nodule within the main tumor composed of larger cells with larger, more vesicular nuclei and more abundant cytoplasm. Note: The microacinar pattern is typically associated with wnt-1 and resembles the microacinar tumors in MMTV-infected mice.
