Image Annotation: Two fragments of mammary tissue contain two expansile and infiltrating tumor masses and one intramammary lymph node. Both tumors display both glandular and squamous differentiation and central necrosis. The lymph node has prominent sinus histiocytosis, but no clear tumor involvement. Terminal end buds persist he surrounding mammary tissue and show variable epithelial atypia.
