Image Annotation: This slide is from a mouse with the MMTV-promoted TGF-alpha transgene. The mammary gland has a complex pattern of multi-cystic hyperplasia. The cysts are lined by a variety of abnormal epithelial patterns that include a secretory pattern and papillary, and squamous metaplasia. Strikingly, the stroma has an edematous pattern.
