Image Annotation: TRP1 immunoperoxidase staining of a nodular melanoma arising in a metallothionine-hepatocyte growth factor (MT-HGF) transgenic mouse (see also skin_29-30). The nodular tumor cells show strong staining of tumor cells with anti-TRP1 antiserum confirming the diagnosis of melanoma.
