Image Annotation: Metastatic squamous cell carcinoma present in a lymnph node in a HK1-p53R172H mouse treated with a two-stage chemical carcinogenesis protocol. This metastasis was present in a lymph node draining the tumor represented in skin_56 and skin_36 and unlike the primary tumor, shows evidence of squamous differentiation.
