Image Annotation: Cytokeratin 14 immunoperoxidase staining of metastatic squamous cell carcinoma arising in a HK1-p53R172H mouse treated with a two-stage carcinogenesis protocol. This metastasis was present in a lymph node draining the tumor represented in skin_56 and skin_36 and unlike the primary tumor, shows evidence of squamous differentiation and positive staining with cytokeratin 14.
