The worms can be identified by their yellow, granular digestive tract (far right, coronal section of worm; medial lower left, coronal and cross sections of worms). In the node there are areas of clearer focal granulomas near the worms (lower right and medial center) and increased cellularity in the medullary cords. Liver shows granulomatous infiltration, parasites, and a WBC infiltrate rich in eosinophils. 200x.
