Image Annotation: This slide illustrates the H and E from in TRAMP male mouse. The anti-synaptophysin stain is at MP29 and the anti-cytokeratin is at MP20. This has specimen the expected areas of atypical luminal cell hyperplasia surrounded by hyperplastic stroma and several poorly differentiated tumors. Note that the poorly differentiated tumors surround the normal and dysplastic prostate. High magnification reveals poorly differentiated cells.
