caMOD 2.7 released

The National Cancer Institute Center for Biomedical Informatics and Information Technology (NCI CBIIT) is pleased to announce the availability of Version 2.7 of the Cancer Models Database (caMOD).

caMOD hosts information on more than 6,000 animal models from 10 different species used in cancer research. The application is available at In this latest release the connection to the LexEVS API was upgraded to use version 5.1 in the EVSTree application. The data displayed to the user remains the same. The vocabulary search functionality was upgraded.
